The management team of Revolution have been up through the scouting ranks and have participated and orgainsed many camps for all ages.
The management have also attended many camps around the UK and Europe and have vast amount of experence in having fun, adventure and know how to put on a show.
Since 1994 the management team have been organising a National Camp for Ventures which has transitioned into a successful Explorer and Network National Activity camp.
The management team arrange Revolution during their spare time and do so for their love of Scouting, it's an opportunity for them to participate in activities that they love and believe it or not with the stress of organising a National camp they find it time where they can let their hair down.

Being there since the start Carol is the mother of the camp, she is a shoulder to cry on, and is always there loving the fancy dress themes.
Carols main role apart from organising the others and trying to keep order is the booking and administration of the activities.

Profession: Jeweller
Mark who has been a part of the management team since it's inception knows how to party!
Always searching for ideas within the box he also deep dives outside of the box to explore things that should not even be considered which results in a few weird and wacky ideas. Also has a hand in the Documentation, Website and Videos.
Apart from the times Mark is in orgainsation mode you will find him chilled until the early hours around the camp fire.
Profession: IS Manager
Ian is the graphical artist within the management team with many of the logo's, posters being his wonderful creation.
During the weekend you will see Ian organising and pulling the team together, works well under pressure.
Ian has a eye for tasteless fancy dress and always goes to the extreme
Profession: Architect
Vicky who has been the student of the management team for so many years and has a love for fancy dress has gone the extreme and landed a job with the constabulary.
She is a rock during camp and tries her upmost to contain the managements weird and wonderful ideas by chairing management meetings after each evenings disco.
Vicky will be dressed either in a fantastic outfit or wrapped in a sleeping bag.
Profession: Police Coordinator
Dave is the creative hands and pratical member of the management team. Set him a challenge and he will put is hands into action and create a masterpiece.
Proud father of two Dave exchanges his kids for the weekend and after midnight round the camp fire you will be able to join him as he embarks on a Bear Hunt amoungst other adventures.
Dave also a lover of the boiler suites uses his creative hands to produce some unique fancy dress outfits.
Profession: Boat Builder Manager
Michael also one of the founders of Revolution standing at over 6ft has established himself to be Vicky's unlikely Barbie Doll.
Michael is not shy of the microphone, usually has a main part to play during the award ceremony with either Adam and Dave improvising with a amusing story of attendees misadventures during the weekend.
You will also find Michael relaxing with stories and tales around the camp fire.
Profession: Computer Programmer
Adam our management team member live wire is always looking for extreme fun and adventure. Coming up with some great ideas Adam thinks outside the box well actually he does not even think that there is a box in the first place.
During the weekend you will see Adam full of fun and laughter, a great fire starter and will often out pace others during the camp totalling up more hours than most round the camp fire until the wee hours.
Adam also strong on the microphone is good at leading games and other activities requiring a loud voice, I guess he gets these skills from his real world job.
Profession: School Teacher
Nathan probably the most active adventurer within the management team with the summit of K2 under his belt. Keen with water sports and martial arts he utilises these skills with sessions during some Revolution camps.
Nathan is also the first face that you would like to see in time of crisis, acting as Camp First Aider for the past few years he knows the way blindfolded to A&E.
His favourite time at camp is participating in the management team meetings at the end of an exhausting day!
Profession: IT Technician
Gemma who was originally a bonefide Ryde Ranger, for those who have attended previous Revolutions know all about Ryde Rangers - a special breed.
Gemma joined the management team a few years back as a first aider.

Claire has attended Revolution as a participant from Grimsby for the past few years has now moved to the Isle of Wight and we are pleased to have snapped Claire up within the Management team.
Her contribution to the management team and Revolution will be written as Revolution 2008 unfolds. Claire will be assisting as a first aider throughout 2008.
